Does anyone know what area in nightfall one would find a R7 15 AL command shield? Are they rare? I am guessing around kourna but not in vabbi/desolation/torment/istan

HM bugs outside of Sunspear Great Hall ive seen em drop there.

However, they drop anywhere that drops things. Ive seen em in HM DoA.

If your looking for a specific skin go look for the mobs which drop it, and hope your lucky. They are quite rare and 99% of the time (iirc) blue. Your also probably gonna have better off with mobs of levels between 18-24 due to higher level mobs more often dropping max items, and anything lower probably not gonna drop anything that close to max.

I've noticed some shields in NF/GWEN aren't always indescribable. Is that only when they are blue? Otherwise if its blue and indescribable it won't matter to me since i can mod it out.

That just a random occurance that happens... Sometimes items from NF/GWEN can spawn without an inscription. Hence why some unlucky people end up with things like a BDS with no inscription slot
